If UND Beats RPI, The Ralph Will Host Viewing Party

Ralph Engelstad Arena will host a viewing party on Sunday afternoon if the Sioux beat RPI in the first round.

Because ESPNU isn’t readily available for many in Grand Forks, the Ralph will have free admission and free parking for the Midwest Regional championship game, which begins at 4:30 p.m. Central on Sunday. There will be hot dogs for $3 and draft beer for $3. Fans also will be able to get a 15 percent discount at the Sioux Shop from 4-7 p.m.

Fans will be asked to park on the north side and use the front doors.

Sounds like a great place to watch the game, I hope it’s packed! Do you know if they plan on upgrading or replacing the screens on the score board at the REA anytime in the future?

    1. Last time REA hosted a party like this it was in the olympic arena with ginormous projector screens and some irresponsible bartenders over-serving me, but a great time none the less.

For once I wish I still lived in Grand Forks. $3 draughts? Sign me up! I might have to head to Joe Sensor’s in Roseville for a potential Sunday tilt.

Ride the Pony Express to St.Paul!!! Or jump on the Fratt Train.
