Former Sioux standout Jason Blake will be out for the next three months after sustaining a severe cut on his forearm.
Blake had surgery yesterday and is expected to make a full recovery. The 38-year-old from Moorhead had played in three games so far this season for the Ducks.

Blake is in his 13th NHL season after playing three years at UND. Blake has played for the Kings, Islanders, Maple Leafs and Ducks.
