  1. This was probably the worst overall performance I’ve seen UND put on all season. SCSU was just flat out faster, crisper, grittier, hungrier, and more timely in their pace than UND was all night long.

  2. What is with this team and its lack luster performance on saturday nights? Hope they can figure that out. I know they always play better after christmas, but I would love to start seeing some sweeps in the first half.

  3. St Cloud is a VERY serious contender this year. After the whipping the Sioux put on them Friday, the odds were highly in their favor last night at home. It was an extremely close game until the last half of the 3rd (thx to Mr Saunders). No shame in this one folks…..

    • Although Saunders may have let a weak goal in at the end…he saved the boys plenty of times during the game. St. Cloud has a very good team, but we looked flat and did not play up to our potential…

  4. How many players were suspended or hurt and couldn’t play on Saturday night? I can’t wait until we have a full team on the ice!

  5. Can someone please explain to me again how Don Adam was selected to be the Head of Officials in the new NCHC? Were the qualifications: let’s find someone more incompetent than Greg Shepperd? I just don’t get it…this guy is the WORST official in the WCHA. He should be fired, not promoted!!!

    • You forget the silver lining in this:

With Don in that position, he’s not going to be on the ice any more to watch toothlessly as yet another player gets injured without a call.
