Parise Joins 200-goal Club

Former UND forward Zach Parise scored his 200th career NHL goal on Monday night, becoming the school’s fifth member of the club.

Parise forced a turnover, walked to the left circle and snapped a shot past Phoenix goalie Mike Smith for an unassisted goal.

Parise currently leads the Wild in goals (six) and points (10).

Other members of the 200-goal club from UND are Dave Christian (340), Troy Murray (230), Jason Blake (213) and Doug Smail (210).
