Kristo Named CHN Player Of The Year

College Hockey News has named Danny Kristo the national player of the year.

Kristo tallied 26 goals and 52 points for UND as a senior. Both totals rank second nationally.

Kristo also is a Hobey Baker Award top 10 finalist. The top three will be announced Wednesday or Thursday.

College Hockey News also named Corban Knight a second-team All-American. Knight had 16 goals and 49 points while centering UND’s top line this season.

    Brad,

    Just curious, do any of our seniors ever get invited to the skills challenge on the off day of the Frozen Four? Do they even still have the skills challenge?

        They haven’t had the skills challenge in a few years. They didn’t in Tampa or St Paul. Last I remember them having it was in 2009 in D.C.
