Brock Nelson Scores First NHL Goal

Former UND standout Brock Nelson scored his first NHL goal on Tuesday night for the New York Islanders.

Nelson buried a feed from teammate Peter Regan 2 minutes, 26 seconds into the game against Vancouver goalie Roberto Luongo.

This was Nelson’s fifth regular season NHL game. He previously had an assist.

    Thanks for sharing Brock’s goal. I missed it last night. Can’t wait till the Rangers call up Kristo. He is the point leader for the Wolfpack. Rangers vs Islanders would make for a Great Game if they played against each other 🙂
